When you have received the 30 day trial an engineer will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time and date to give you a brief introduction to the system and to get you up and running immediately. They will have an intimate knowledge of the stock control software and will be personally responsible for meeting your individual requirements. After you have purchased your stock control software you will receive support from the same engineers, and any enquiries / problems will be resolved quickly and efficiently. There are no charges for software revisions and updates; the only additional cost is an optional annual support charge of 10%* of the initial purchase price of your system.
