Optional Modules
Assemblies and Parts Lists
Assemblies can be added to other assemblies to create any number of sub-levels. Assembly stock levels and status can also be viewed.

Assembly information can be expanded to provide detailed and configurable parts lists including item designators, notes and pictures. Parts list information may be exchanged with external documents.
Works orders
Processing a works order allocates all necessary stock, and a review of components will rapidly identify shortages. Picking lists can be generated and works orders may be associated with a customer order.
Warehouse
The warehouse module links seamlessly with Stock Explorer.
A simple visual interface allows reveived goods to be assigned to multiple warehouse locations. Parts may be moved between locations and in / out of quarantine.
A history panel allows all warehouse transactions to be tracked and reviewed.
An interactive picking list allows auto-picking of parts by various criteria including date and batch size.
Customer order items are also selected from the warehouse and added to delivery notes using a picking list.
The user can choose to build sub-assemblies from their component parts or take pre-built items from stock (or any combination of the two).
Barcodes and Serial Numbers
Using the barcodes and serial numbers module you can assign serial numbers to any item / Log GRN, manufacture, delivery, return, rework activity etc. The user can locate or book in items using a barcode scanner.
Repairs and Loans
The repairs and loans module deals with situations where items are temporarily removed from stock. This will normally be for the purpose of a repair or loan but could be for any situation where items are to be returned into stock at a future date.
Scheduling
The scheduling module allows for the scheduling of purchase orders and works orders. Customer order and works order items are listed in the 'schedule' views. The items may be sorted by their 'order by' date - the latest date by which they must be ordered, taking into account purchasing lead times and works order build times.
Invoicing
Using the invoicing module you can generate invoices, include non-inventory items and view the status of invoices. Invoice details can be imported into accounting software packages.
