Hardware: If you are not entirely happy with any purchase please let us know within 7 working days. We will furnish you with an RMA number for the item and you should return the item to us within 14 calendar days with the RMA number clearly marked on the outer packaging.
We will inspect the item and issue a refund based upon the findings of our inspection.
Please ensure that the item is complete and undamaged as we cannot guarantee refunds for incomplete or damaged items.
In the unlikely event that a fault develops with your item please contact us to inform us of the details of the fault so that the item can be returned for repair.
