Customer Testimonials

"Stock Explorer Plus is highly configurable! It can be anything from a simple input/output system to a sophisticated planning management and analysis tool"

"We manufacture a large number of products, many of which include sub-assemblies. Keeping track of our stock and planning for build had become a major problem.....Stock Explorer has solved all that. Now we can instantly view stock availability, decide which items need to be ordered, see which required sub-assemblies are in stock and which need to be built"

"The colour coding of customer orders, purchase orders, works orders etc. makes it really easy to see at a glance which jobs are on schedule and which need chasing. The numerous views and report options help me to review expenditure and plan more efficiently"

Bert Boughton - Jarb Technology

"Like any new product it takes a little getting used to but the support team have always answered any questions quickly and fully (the first six months support is free!). They even made an on-site visit to assess a couple of procedural difficulties we were experiencing. Within days we received an updated version to suit our specific requirements"

"Stock Explorer has a wealth of hidden features that should cost thousands but doesn't. There are no hidden costs, no ongoing licence fees and software revisions are normally made available to all customers free of charge"

"Saturn Solutions understand the needs of a manufacturing company like us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stock Explorer to anyone looking for a well featured but easy to use stock system"

The Multi IC Alignment Tool

This new production tool is a must for all PCB assemblers.

Existing tools will only allow you to align the leads on one IC at a time.

The unique 'Multi IC Alignment Tool' will align the leads on a whole tube of ICs in one action.

It is a low cost tool that will increase the speed of PCB assembly within any production workshop 'GUARANTEED'.

Simply pass the ICs (inside their packaging tube) through the bearings, guided by the runners. This action will align the leads on all the ICs within the tube, allowing direct insertion into the PCB.

IC width - 0.3in and 0.6in.

LESS CONTACT WITH COMPONENT = LESS POSSIBLE STATIC DAMAGE

Purchase The Multi IC Alignment Tool for only £19.99 + VAT

The Ocean-i Sensor Package: MkII

stock management system UK

Ocean-i was originally designed for use on the Volvo Ocean Race yachts as part of the Volvo Ocean Adventure, collecting ocean colour and temperature information as the yachts raced around the world.

The system has since been upgraded to provide a versatile system for the autonomous monitoring of ocean colour and other parameters. Designed to interface with TriOS RAMSES radiometers, Ocean-i is centered around a sophisticated electronic data logger that controls the data sampling routine for the sensors and stores and transmits the data.

The picture on the right shows Ocean-i and RAMSES radiometers in a buoy system. (University of Cape Town, South Africa)

The Ocean-i Sensor Package: MkIII

The new MkIII Ocean-i has been developed specificaly for use in low-power battery-backed systems such as buoys and remote unattended stations where the only source of power is derived from solar or wind generators. It can interface with a wide range of RS232 instrumentation and comes complete with GPS for position fixing and a GPRS/GSM modem for remote telemetry.

Ocean-i MkIII uses standard Compact Flash Memory cards to store its data and operating parameters, using a windows compatible file format so that the card may be removed from the system and the files read on any PC with a PCMCIA or CF interface.
