All
new customers will receive free email support during the evaluation
period
and
for six months from the date of purchase of a licence for the system.
At
the end of this period customers are offered a continuing annual support
package
for 10% of the system
purchase price.
Email
support covers all help in installing, configuring and running the
system.
All
emails will receive a response within 24 hours and we will endeavour to
resolve
all issues within 72 hours.
If
on-site service is required this will be charged at £300.00 per day
plus
expenses.
(On-site
service is only available on mainland UK.)
